Each pot is set up for growing in a medium rather than water: a substrate tray sits in the base and a Green Man fabric pot holds your coco, soil or clay pebbles above it. On the Brain Controller's timer every pot is flooded from the reservoir, the medium soaks up solution by capillary action, and the pots are drained back to the tank to be mixed and sent out again. Roots stay insulated in the medium and are fed little and often, which avoids the dry-back swings and poor nutrient uptake of hand-watering, while the fabric pot lets excess water out and air into the root zone.

What's Included

Green Man flood and drain pots with drain elbow (2, 3 or 6 by option)

Substrate tray for the base of each pot

Green Man fabric pot liner for each pot

Key Benefits

Grow in coco, soil or pebbles with fully automated flood and drain feeding

Fabric pot liner for an airy root zone and clean drainage

Sloping base and centre channel return every drop to the reservoir

Raised feet keep the root zone off cold floors

19mm fittings to match current Green Man pipework

Removable liners make clearing the pots between crops quick

How to Use

Place the substrate tray in the bottom of each pot and fit the fabric pot on top.

Add a layer of clay pebbles to the base of the fabric pot, then fill with your chosen medium.

Connect each pot's 19mm elbow to your Green Man pipework and Brain Controller.

Set the flood schedule on the Brain timer to suit the medium and stage of growth; the Brain Controller, reservoir and pipework are sold separately.

Technical Specifications

Brand: Green Man (Green Air UK)

System type: flood and drain (ebb and flow)

Pots per package: 2, 3 or 6 (by option)

Media: coco, soil or clay pebbles in the fabric pot

Fittings: 19mm

Compatible with: Green Man FD systems and Brain Controller

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0748/7127/5786/files/green-man-flood-drain-kit-pot-package-2-pot-package-1.jpg?v=1790229568
