EC multi-phase motors are far more superior than AC fan motors as they allow the motor to be energized up to 12 times per revolution in comparison to AC motors 2-4. HyperFans EC motors use half the power and produce half the heat of traditional AC motors resulting in reduced energy costs, increased reliability and longer lifespan. Hyper fan uses a combination of laminar blade design and stator technology to have less drag and higher co-efficiency then competing fans.
