white-pvc-reinforced-hose-25mm
White PVC Reinforced Hose 25mm – Irrigation Pipe, 25m Roll

Kink-Resistant Feed Hose That Keeps Nutrient Solution Cooler

This 25mm White PVC Reinforced Hose is a heavy-duty, flexible feed line for pumped hydroponic and irrigation systems. Its double-walled construction pairs a white outer layer that reflects heat and light with a black inner layer, and the wall is reinforced with fibre mesh so the hose holds its shape under pump pressure and resists kinking on bends. The 25mm bore suits 25mm barbed tees, elbows and adaptors.

Key Benefits

Reflects heat - the white outer wall helps keep nutrient solution cooler in a warm grow room, especially through summer.

Blocks light - the black inner wall stops light reaching the solution, so algae cannot take hold inside the line.

Fibre-mesh reinforced - resists kinking and collapsing on tight bends and under pressure.

Flexible - easy to route round tents, benches and reservoirs.

Fits 25mm barbed fittings - push-fit tees, elbows and directors go straight in.

Warm Solution, Weak Roots

Nutrient solution picks up heat as it sits in thin, dark pipe under the lights. Warm water holds less dissolved oxygen, which stresses roots, slows growth and opens the door to root disease, while light getting into clear pipe feeds algae that later block drippers. A reflective, opaque feed line tackles both problems at the point where the solution spends most of its time outside the tank.

How to Use

Cut to length with a sharp knife or pipe cutter, keeping the end square.

Dip the end in hot water for a few seconds before pushing it over barbed fittings.

Secure joints on pumped lines with a hose clip or ratchet clamp.

Keep the hose away from direct contact with hot lamps and drivers.

Flush the line with clean water between crops, and use a line cleaner if drippers start to block.

Technical Specifications

Internal diameter: 25mm

Length: 25m

Material: PVC, fibre-mesh reinforced

Construction: double wall - white outer, black inner

Suits: 25mm barbed irrigation fittings

Use: pumped hydroponic feed lines, drip irrigation mains, greenhouse and garden watering

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0748/7127/5786/files/white-pvc-reinforced-hose-25mm-default-title-1.jpg?v=1790229967
