NOTE: These Terms & Conditions do not affect you, the Buyer's, statutory rights as a Consumer.

 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Hydro Crop Shop and form a contract for the supply of goods between buyer and seller. By placing an order, the buyer agrees that they accept these Terms & Conditions.

 

In this document, Hydro Crop Shop may be referred to as “Hydro Crop Shop”, “we”, “us”, “the seller” or “this website”.

 

The buyer must be over 18 years of age.

 

Prices on our website are all inclusive of VAT at 20%

 

All descriptions and images on this website are provided with the intent of giving an approximate description of the goods for sale. Although we make every effort to ensure these descriptions accurate, it is not always possible to keep every product description up to date. In the event that goods are supplied and do not match the item description, we will accept a return within 14 days providing the goods are in returned in perfect undamaged condition.

 

Hydro Crop Shop retains the right to, for any reason, refuse the supply of any goods and/or services ordered or purchased on this website, regardless of whether payment has been processed successfully. Reasons for refusing the supply of goods and/or services include, but are not limited to, the following:

·      Suspected Fraud.

·      Failure to successfully process payment.

·      Change in supply of goods; i.e. discontinuation, change in supply price or delay in delivery.

·      Inaccurate price or description

 

In the event that Hydro Crop Shop cannot or will not supply any of the goods ordered by the buyer, we will fully refund the buyer with the full value of any payment successfully processed for those goods that will not be supplied. If none of the goods for that respective order will be supplied then any delivery cost will also be refunded.

 

 

Payment must be received by us in full for all of the goods ordered, including the cost of delivery before the goods will be shipped. The buyer will not legally own the goods until payment has been made in full.

 

When making payment the buyer must not use a payment method that he/ she is not permitted to use. If the buyer is using a payment card or other payment method that is not their own they must have the specific written permission of the card / account holder to do so. If Hydro Crop Shop has reason to believe that the payment is fraudulent then the goods will not be supplied.

 

 

Free delivery is available for all orders over £45.00, for orders under £45.00 the buyer has two options:

·      £4.95 - Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery (2-3 Working Days)

·       £7.95 - DPD Next Day Delivery (when order placed before 1.00pm)

 

When the order total is over £45.00, the buyer had the option of free Royal Mail Standard delivery and again the option to upgrade to the DPD next day service: 

·      Free - Royal Mail Standard Delivery (2-3 Working Days)

·      £7.95 - DPD Next Day Delivery (when order placed before 1.00pm)

When the order total is over £150.00 DPD Next Day Delivery is included for free (when the  order is placed before 1.00pm)

The buyer must provide us with correct and accurate information in relation to delivery. This information includes but is not limited to:

·      Delivery address; i.e. accurate recipient name, street name, door number, post code, town/ city and country.

·      Email address

·      Telephone number

 

This information is necessary for couriers to ship orders on time and to the correct address. If this information is not provided accurately at the time the order is placed, Hydro Crop Shop will not be liable for any loss, damage or other expense incurred by the buyer. Furthermore, the buyer should make suitable arrangements to be able to accept delivery of any orders. If the courier is unable to successfully deliver the order on more than one occasion the order will be returned to the seller. In this case the seller will incur and additional delivery charge to resend the order. This cost will be charged to the buyer and must be paid in full before the item will be resent.

 

When the buyer places an order, we will give an estimate of the shipping time depending on the delivery service selected. We will do our utmost to ensure this estimate is met, however, this is subject to an efficient supply chain and courier delays; therefore, in some cases the delivery estimate may not be met. Hydro Crop Shop will not be liable for any loss, damage or other expense incurred by the buyer due to delivery delays. 

 

The seller retains the right to select the shipping method. In some cases, items may be too large or heavy to ship via carton / cardboard box and may need to be sent via pallet. In these circumstances, Hydro Crop Shop will gain confirmation from the buyer that this is acceptable and will keep them informed regarding progress with the order / delivery. If it is not possible to ship via carton and pallet delivery is not acceptable to the buyer then the buyer may either collect their order in person at Hydro Crop Shop’s London retail store or cancel the order and receive a refund.

 

 

 

 

When placing and order we will require your name, email address, telephone number and shipping address. We require this information to place an order on our website.

  

Upon completing an order for goods and/or services on this website you will need to make payment for your order. Our website uses the third-party payment processor ‘Stripe’ to processes payments. Stripe will be the only party that collects and uses your payment information, Hydro Crop Shop will not have process or have access to this information.

Upon receiving delivery of the goods, the buyer must immediately check the correct goods have been received and are not damaged. If there is any issue with the order the buyer must inform Hydro Crop Shop within 5 working days. 

 

If there is a defect with any items in the order, the seller may require photographic evidence and/or explanation of the defect before approving a return. Once the return is approved for a defect, the buyer will be provided with a return label at no charge which can be used to return the goods. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully package the goods and bring them to the necessary post office or courier depot for shipment back to the seller. 

 

Once the return is successfully received by the seller the buyer will either be refunded in full including any delivery charges or a replacement item sent. 

 

If the buyer wishes to cancel their order despite the correct goods being shipped and none of the goods being defective they have 14 days to inform us they would like to cancel the order. If no notification is received by Hydro Crop Shop within 14 days of the order being placed the buyer forfeits the right to return. 

 

Once notification has been received that the buyer would like to cancel the order, we will approve the order cancellation. The buyer then has a further 14 days to return the goods, the buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs to return the goods back to us. Once the goods have been safely returned a refund will be issued, not including any delivery costs paid by the buyer.
