Eco Technics-Powerstar Contactors have been specifically designed to safely allow the timed switching of horticultural lighting and other appliances. Powerstar relay contactors are very simple to use and very reliable.
If using HiD lamps regular timers can not handle the power surge when turning on and thus the need for a contactor to safely turn on/off ballasts.
The lights and appliances plug into your contactor will now be controlled by the timer (not supplied)
