• Delivery to certain UK regions including Scotland, Northern Ireland, and outlying areas incurs supplementary charges (see regional section)

Orders Below £50

• Standard packages (under 5kg): £7.99 (VAT included)
• Heavy packages (5kg and above): £8.99 (VAT included)

Delivery Timeframes

Express Delivery Schedule

We strive to provide next business day delivery for all orders submitted before 3pm Monday through Thursday.

Orders placed after our 3pm cutoff, or on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays may require 1-3 business days for fulfilment.

 

Important Notice: While we make every effort to meet delivery timeframes, product availability and factors outside our control may cause delays. All delivery dates should be considered approximate, and we cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, expenses, or charges resulting from delivery delays.

 

We will contact you immediately after your order if there are any delays or issues with shipping. There may be weight surcharges on some items, we will charge you exactly what it costs us to deliver the items to you and never aim to profit from delivery costs.

 

 

Surcharges for Heavyweight & Oversized Items

Weight-Based Surcharges

• Items weighing 20kg-30kg: £8.99 additional charge per item
• Items exceeding 30kg: £49.99 pallet delivery fee

Weight surcharges will be clearly indicated on the product details page.

Special Item Surcharges

• Growing media: £3.50 additional charge per bag
• Oversized items (including 5ft and 6ft poles): £10 surcharge per order
• Garland Trays (120cm × 120cm × 12cm): Pallet delivery required due to dimensions

Regional Delivery Information

All orders shipping to the following regions incur a supplementary charge regardless of order value or weight. This will be automatically calculated during checkout:

• Scotland: £2.40
• Remote Scottish Highlands: £12.60
• Northern Ireland: £24.00
• Channel Islands: £48.00
• Isle of Man: £37.80
• Isle of Wight: £31.80
• Alderney, Herm & Sark: £60.00
• Scottish Offshore: £31.20

Regional Delivery Notice: While we aim for next-day delivery to all locations, we cannot guarantee this service for overseas and remote regional areas due to logistical complexities. Deliveries to these regions typically require 2-5 business days.

Pallet Delivery for Oversized Orders

Exceptionally large or heavy orders may require pallet shipping. Our pricing structure attempts to account for this, however we reserve the right to contact you if shipping costs are unusually high. We will work with you to arrange delivery at cost price (we never profit from shipping charges).

We will always contact you before dispatching pallet deliveries to confirm feasibility.

Pallet Delivery Rates

• UK Mainland: £80
• Scotland Mainland: £150
• Remote Areas: £180 (includes Remote Scottish Mainland, Scottish Offshore, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, and Isle of Man)

If any items in your order are unavailable, we will promptly contact you via telephone or email to discuss your preferences:
