Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, with any free gifts or accessories included.

The original delivery cost is deducted from refunds — for orders that received free delivery, our standard £7.99 charge (or the actual delivery cost if higher) is deducted. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the buyer. A 10% restocking fee also applies to change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are refunded in full (including any delivery you paid) and are not charged a restocking fee; this does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the items and the packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Claims made after 14 days cannot be processed.
