Delivery

FREE Express Delivery (1–3 working days) on UK mainland orders over £50.

  • Express Delivery (1–3 working days): £7.99
  • Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): £4.99
  • Northern Ireland: £49.95 (Express)
  • Soil & bagged growing media: £6 per bag; larger orders (20+ bags) ship by pallet at £70

Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Thursday are dispatched the same day and typically arrive the next working day. Some heavy or oversized items carry a delivery surcharge, always shown at checkout before you pay — we only ever charge what delivery actually costs us.

Free local pickup from our Wembley store: 250 Water Road, Wembley, London HA0 1HX (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–16:30).

Backorders

If any item in your order is unavailable we’ll contact you by phone or email so you can choose: wait for restock, substitute a comparable item, or receive a refund. Your order stays on hold until we hear from you.

Packaging

We reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible. All parcels are discreet, with no product information or branding visible.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, with any free gifts or accessories included. To arrange a return, email shop@hydrocropshop.co.uk or write to the address below. The original delivery cost is deducted from refunds — for orders that received free delivery, our standard £7.99 charge (or the actual delivery cost if higher) is deducted. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the buyer. A 10% restocking fee also applies to change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are refunded in full (including any delivery you paid) and are not charged a restocking fee; this does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the items and the packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Claims made after 14 days cannot be processed.
