Pipe and hose for building a hydro system
Every active hydro system needs pipe somewhere: feed lines from tank to pot, drain lines back to reservoir, or airline to a stone. We stock 13mm, 19mm and 25mm pipe (from £1.30, £1.90 and £2.40) cut to length, plus 4mm air line (£0.30) for pumps and stones. A hose connector set (£4.95) covers the fittings to join pipe to pump outlets or tank bulkheads without a trip to a hardware shop for the wrong-size clip.
Picking the right diameter
16-19mm pipe is the common size for feed and drain lines on AutoPot and EasyFeed-style systems; step up to 25mm if you are draining a large reservoir fast or running multiple pots off one line. Undersized pipe restricts flow and puts extra strain on your pump. Building a full system from the tank up?
