Hydrotops
Hydrotops has been made in the UK for decades and the formulations have barely changed, which sounds like a criticism and is not. A grower with a room dialled in on a particular feed wants to buy exactly the same thing next year, and reformulations are how a schedule that worked stops working.
The base feeds cover Coco, Hydro and Soil, in A and B pairs, with the Solo range as the single-part alternative. On top of those, Root Stimulator establishes young plants, Head Start supports propagation and transplanting, and Bactivator adds beneficial bacteria to the root zone.
Floral Boost, Top Heavy Crop and Triple F are the second-half additives, and the Leaf Feed and Flower Feed are the foliar options for correcting deficiencies quickly.
Sizes run up to 200 litres on the base feeds, so it scales to commercial volumes at a sensible price per litre.

Hydrotops — British bioponic feeds for UK water
Hydrotops is a smaller, more specialist range than most brands on this site, built specifically around UK tap water rather than adapted from a European or American formula. The bioponic approach blends mineral and organic elements in one system, and the range has built a genuinely loyal following among growers who've tried the bigger Dutch and American brands and settled on Hydrotops instead — it's more of a discovery brand than a default first buy.
Triple F and Top Heavy Crop are the names growers ask for by name rather than by category, covering general feeding and a late-flower weight push respectively. Because the formula is built around UK water hardness specifically, growers switching from a Dutch or American range sometimes find they need less cal-mag correction than they were used to running alongside those brands.
If you're currently on Canna, Dutch Pro or another Dutch import and finding your water needs constant cal-mag correction, Hydrotops is worth trying as an alternative rather than adding another bottle to fix the mismatch. See base feeds for the wider range, or call the shop for a direct comparison to what you're running now. Free delivery over £60.
