Every figure is millilitres per one litre of water, not per ten. A 10-litre watering can takes ten times what you see here — Solo Bloom at 5ml per litre is 50ml in a 10-litre can.

Getting it right

• This is the soil chart only. Solo Grow and Solo Bloom are one-part feeds made for soil. Hydrotops also make Coco Grow and Coco Bloom A&B for coco, and Hydro Grow and Hydro Bloom AB for hydroponics. Those are different bottles on different schedules and this chart does not cover them.
• "Yes" in a box is not a dose. Bactivator and Top Heavy Crop show Yes in the weeks you use them, because the rate depends on the bottle size you own. Use the rate printed on the label, in the weeks the chart marks Yes.
• ½, ¾ and Full are spray strengths. Leaf Feed and Flower Feed are foliar sprays, mixed to a strength and sprayed on the leaf rather than poured into the water. Leaf Feed goes on at half strength at Cutting 1, three-quarter strength at Grow 1, then full strength at Grow 2 and Flower 1. Flower Feed goes on at full strength at Flower 2, 3 and 4.
• Root Stimulator runs the whole way. 5–10ml a litre from Cutting 1 through to Flower 2, 5ml at Flower 3 and 4, 4ml at Flower 5, 3ml from Flower 6 to Flower 9, then 1–2ml at Flower 10.
• Head Start is the first two weeks. 10ml a litre at Cutting 1 and 5ml at Grow 1. After that it stops.
• Solo Grow and Solo Bloom overlap for three weeks. That is deliberate. Solo Grow runs 2ml at Grow 1, 3–4ml at Grow 2, then tapers 3ml, 2ml, 1ml across Flower 1, 2 and 3. Solo Bloom starts at 1–2ml at Flower 1 and climbs while Grow falls away.
• Solo Bloom peaks in the middle of flowering. 2–3ml at Flower 2, 3–4ml at Flower 3, 4–5ml at Flower 4, 5–6ml from Flower 5 to Flower 7, 4–5ml at Flower 8, then 1–2ml for Flower 9 and 10.
• Solo Boost climbs all the way to 10ml. 1ml at Grow 2, 2ml at Flower 1, 3ml at Flower 2, 4ml at Flower 3, 5ml from Flower 4 to Flower 8, then 10ml a litre for Flower 9 and 10.
• Bactivator runs from Cutting 1 to Flower 8. It is a bacterial root inoculant, so it works in the root zone rather than feeding the plant. It comes off for the last two weeks.
• Top Heavy Crop has one gap and one optional week. Yes at Grow 1, Grow 2 and Flower 1, nothing at Flower 2, optional at Flower 3, then Yes every week from Flower 4 to Flower 10.
• Triple F is a five-week window. Flower 3 to Flower 7, and nothing outside it.
• The EC rows are a guide, not a target. There are two: one for soft water and one for hard water. Hard water starts higher because the water already carries dissolved minerals before you add anything. Soft water peaks at 1.9–2.2 at Flower 5 and hard water at 2.1–2.4 in the same week. Hydrotops say to feed the stage the plant is in, not the number.
• Keep pH between 5.5 and 6.5. Check it after everything is mixed in, not before.

Common questions

Is this per litre or per 10 litres?

Per one litre. Solo Bloom at 5ml means 5ml in a 1-litre jug, or 50ml in a 10-litre watering can.

I am growing in coco or hydro — can I use this chart?

No. This is the Solo for Soil schedule. Hydrotops make Coco Grow and Coco Bloom A&B for coco, and Hydro Grow and Hydro Bloom AB for hydroponics, and those bottles run on their own schedules at their own doses.

What does "Yes" mean in a box?

Use that product in that week at the rate printed on the bottle. Bactivator and Top Heavy Crop are shown this way because their dose depends on the bottle you own rather than on the week.

What do ½, ¾ and Full mean on the Leaf Feed and Flower Feed rows?

They are spray strengths, not millilitres. Both are foliar sprays. Mix at half strength, three-quarter strength or full strength as the chart shows for that week, and spray the leaf.

Top Heavy Crop says Optional at Flower 3. Do I use it?

Your call. The chart marks it optional in that one week. Every other week from Flower 4 to Flower 10 is a Yes.

My EC does not match the row. Is something wrong?

Probably not. The EC rows are a guide. Soft and hard water start in different places, and your tap water is unlikely to match either exactly. Feed the stage the plant is in and use the row as a sanity check.

Why does the chart restart at 1 when flowering starts?

Growers count flowering from the flip. Ours runs one week of cuttings, two vegetative weeks as Grow 1 and Grow 2, then ten flowering weeks as Flower 1 to Flower 10. The doses are unchanged.
