Every figure is millilitres per 10 litres of water. Divide by ten for a one-litre jug — so 10–20ml here is 1–2ml per litre.

Getting it right

  • Never premix the concentrates. Each bottle goes into the water on its own.
  • Silicon goes in first, and separately. Pre-mix it in 5 litres and pH that to about 6.5 before it joins the tank — straight into a full tank it can lock nutrients up.
  • Never run a Grow and a Bloom together. Terra Grow stops when Terra Bloom starts, at the switch to flower.
  • PK Warrior means cutting the base. Drop the Terra Bloom by 25 to 50% while it runs, and stop it before Dragon Force starts.
  • Week 11 is plain water, and week 12 is Dragon Force on its own at 40ml.
  • pH drifts both ways. It rises through veg and early flower, then falls in the second half — correct with pH Down early and Silicon or pH Up late.

Common questions

Growing in coco or hydro instead?

Shogun publish a separate chart for each, at different rates. See the Samurai Coco feed chart and the Samurai Hydroponics feed chart.

What does 10–20ml actually mean in my watering can?

It is per 10 litres. A 10-litre can takes 10 to 20 ml of Terra Grow; a 5-litre can takes half that.

Do I cut the base feed when PK Warrior goes in?

Yes — drop the Terra Bloom by 25 to 50% while PK Warrior runs, then stop PK Warrior before Dragon Force starts.

Why does Silicon need mixing separately?

It is a potassium silicate with a high pH. Added straight to a full tank it can cause a lock-up, so pre-mix it in 5 litres and pH that to about 6.5 first.
