Hesi Feed Chart – TNT and Bloom Complex Soil Doses
Hesi's own published soil schedule, built on TNT Complex and Bloom Complex. Week by week, in millilitres per 10 litres of water.
- All dosesper 10 litres
- pHnot needed in soil
- Base feedTNT Complex, then Bloom Complex
Every figure is millilitres per 10 litres of water. For a 5-litre can, halve it. SuperVit is the one product measured differently: Hesi dose it in drops, one drop for every 4.5 litres.
Getting it right
- This is the soil chart. TNT Complex and Bloom Complex are Hesi's feeds for soil. Hesi publish separate coco and hydro schedules on different base bottles, and this chart does not cover them.
- Feed once or twice a week. Hesi recommend adding feed one to two times a week, and watering only as often as the plants actually need it.
- Leave the pH alone. Hesi say soil growers need no meters with this range, and that it is better not to use pH correctors at all. Bloom Complex already carries its own.
- TNT Complex is the growth feed. 25ml per 10 litres for cuttings, then 50ml at Grow 1 and Grow 2. Do not push it past that: Hesi warn that too much TNT Complex makes plants stretch.
- Bloom Complex takes over at the switch. 50ml per 10 litres in every flowering week, Flower 1 to Flower 7.
- Phosphorus Plus is the second half. 25ml per 10 litres from Flower 4 to Flower 7, alongside Bloom Complex.
- Root Complex is for the start, and for stress. 50ml per 10 litres from Cutting 1 through to Flower 1. Hesi use it at the same rate when plants are under stress, for example after potting on.
- PowerZyme runs the whole way. 20ml per 10 litres from Cutting 1 to Flower 7, one to two times a week with the feed. It goes in the water, not on the leaves.
- Boost goes in once, then comes back. 20ml per 10 litres at Flower 1, nothing at Flower 2 or Flower 3, then 20ml every week from Flower 4 to Flower 7.
- SuperVit is counted in drops. One drop per 4.5 litres of water, at every feed from Cutting 1 to Flower 7. A full 9-litre can takes two drops.

Common questions
Is this per litre or per 10 litres?
Per 10 litres. TNT Complex at 50ml means 50ml in a 10-litre can, or 5ml in a 1-litre jug.
I grow in coco or hydro. Can I use this chart?
No. Hesi publish separate schedules for both. Coco runs TNT Complex with Hesi Coco, and hydro runs Hydro Growth and Hydro Bloom, each with PK 13/14 rather than Phosphorus Plus.
Do I need a pH or EC meter?
Not with this range in soil. Hesi advise against pH correctors in soil and say the dose should not be set by EC. Follow the chart and the plants.
How do I measure SuperVit?
By the drop. One drop for every 4.5 litres of water, two drops for up to 9 litres, at every feed from cuttings to Flower 7.
Why are there only two growth weeks?
That is how Hesi draw it: a cuttings stage, two growth weeks, then flowering. TNT Complex and Root Complex stay at the same 50ml in both growth weeks.
Why does the chart restart at 1 when flowering starts?
Hesi number their flowering weeks from 1 themselves. The cuttings stage is Cutting 1, and the two growth weeks are Grow 1 and Grow 2.
Do I need every booster?
No. TNT Complex and Bloom Complex are the feed. Phosphorus Plus, Root Complex, SuperVit, PowerZyme and Boost are add-ons, each with its own weeks on the chart.
