Athena Pro Line Feed Chart – Powder Doses in Grams
Athena's own published Pro Line schedule. The powder range, week by week, in grams per 10 litres of water.
Pro Line is the dry version of Athena. You weigh out Core, Grow and Bloom and dissolve them yourself, which works out cheaper per litre and suits anyone filling a big reservoir. If you bought bottles instead, you want the liquid Athena Blended Line feed chart — the nutrition is the same, the doses are not.

Core, Grow and Bloom are powders and the figure is grams per 10 litres. Fade and Cleanse are liquids and the figure is millilitres per 10 litres.
Halve every figure for a 5-litre can. Athena hold the feed strength steady rather than ramping it, so most weeks look identical — that is deliberate, not a misprint.
Getting it right
- Weigh the powder, do not scoop it. A gram of Core and a gram of Grow take up different amounts of space. Digital kitchen scales that read to 0.1g are enough.
- Dissolve one bag at a time. Core goes in first and stirs until the water runs clear, then Grow or Bloom. Tipping both in together leaves undissolved powder on the bottom of the tank.
- Balance has no weekly dose. It is pH up. Mix the feed to strength first, then add Balance a millilitre at a time until the pH is where you want it, and note how much it took so you can repeat it. Athena say it suits batch tanks and Dosatron, but not Netaflex.
- Cleanse goes in every single feed, clone to harvest, which is why the figure never changes. It keeps drippers and lines clear.
- Fade takes Core's place at Flower 8. Core stops, Fade starts at 51ml, and Bloom carries on. Athena note that when you make the swap depends on the variety, and that pH is worth re-checking straight after it.
- pH depends on your medium. 5.8 to 6.2 in coco and rockwool, 6.0 to 6.4 in peat. Soak the medium before planting: coco at pH 5.5–5.8 and EC 3.5–4.0, rockwool at pH 5.0–5.5 and EC 2.5–3.0.
- Stack is not on this chart. Athena run it on a separate foliar spray programme, sprayed on the leaves rather than added to the tank.

Common questions
Pro or Blended — which one do I want?
Pro is powder in a bag. You weigh it, dissolve it, and it costs less per litre of finished feed, which pays off once you are mixing a full reservoir every few days. Blended is ready-mixed liquid that pours straight into the tank and is easier for one or two plants in a tent. The doses are different, so use the chart that matches what is in your cupboard — the liquid one is the Athena Blended Line feed chart.
Why is there no dose for Balance?
Because it is not a feed. Balance is Athena's pH up, so how much you need depends on your water, not on the week. Mix the feed first, then add Balance in small steps until the pH reads where you want it.
Can I use this chart in soil or peat?
Yes. Athena publish one Pro Line schedule for every medium. Only the pH target changes: 5.8 to 6.2 in coco and rockwool, 6.0 to 6.4 in peat. The grams stay the same.
Do I need Stack as well?
No. Stack is a kelp additive Athena run on their separate foliar spray programme, so it is sprayed on the leaves rather than mixed into the feed. It is optional and it is not on this chart.
My flower runs shorter than nine weeks.
Finish early rather than compressing the chart. Keep the weekly figures as printed, and bring Fade forward so it still gets the last two weeks before you cut.
