Advanced Hydroponics of Holland feed chart – Dutch Formula Grow, Bloom and Micro with Natural Power and Advanced additives in ml per litre, Grow 1 to Flower 10
  • All dosesper litre
  • pH5.8 – 6.2
  • Base feedGrow, Bloom and Micro

Every figure is millilitres per litre of water, set for inert media and base water at EC 0.5. In soil, use half of every dose. A 10-litre tank takes ten times the figure.

Getting it right

  • Three bottles make the base. Dutch Formula Grow, Bloom and Micro all go in together. Grow leads while the plant is growing; Bloom takes over once it flowers.
  • Grow: 1ml, then 2ml, then 1ml. 1ml at Grow 1, 2ml at Grow 2 and Grow 3, then 1ml from Flower 1 to Flower 3. It stops after Flower 3.
  • Bloom climbs to 3ml. 0.5ml at Grow 1, 1ml at Grow 2 and 3, 2ml from Flower 1 to Flower 3, 3ml from Flower 4 to Flower 7, then 1.5ml at Flower 8.
  • Micro holds steady. 0.5ml at Grow 1, 1ml every week from Grow 2 to Flower 7, then 0.5ml at Flower 8.
  • Natural Power runs alongside. Root Stimulator at 1ml for the three grow weeks. Enzymes+ at 1ml from Grow 1 to Flower 8. Growth/Bloom Excellarator at 1ml from Flower 1 to Flower 8.
  • Final Solution takes the last two columns. 1ml per litre at Flower 9 and Flower 10, with nothing else from the chart. It is a rinsing agent, made to clear leftover fertiliser from the growing medium.
  • The Advanced range sits on top. Advanced Amino at 0.2–0.3ml from Grow 2 to Flower 8, Silica+ at 0.1ml from Grow 2 to Flower 7, and CalMag at 1ml from Grow 1 to Flower 8.
  • Flowering Boost or Advanced PK, never both. The chart shows Advanced PK at 1ml in Flower 4 and 5, and Flowering Boost at 2ml, 3ml, 4ml and 2ml from Flower 5 to Flower 8. AHOH say not to use the two together, so pick one.
  • Keep Silica+ and CalMag apart. AHOH say not to add one straight after the other. Stir well after every product goes in.
  • Set pH last. Bring it to 5.8–6.2 once everything is in the tank.
  • Late varieties. From Flower 7, AHOH say timings depend on the variety you grow.

Common questions

Which bottles do I actually need?

Dutch Formula Grow, Bloom and Micro are the base feed. Everything else is an additive from AHOH's Natural Power and Advanced ranges, charted alongside so you can see where each one fits.

I grow in soil. What changes?

Halve every dose. AHOH set the chart for inert media such as coco and rockwool, and mark it half strength for soil.

Why does the chart run to Flower 10?

AHOH's schedule is 13 weeks: three grow weeks under 18 hours of light, then ten under 12 hours: Grow 1 to Grow 3, then Flower 1 to Flower 10.

Do you stock the Advanced range?

Not at the moment. The cards below cover the Dutch Formula and Natural Power bottles.

My water is harder than EC 0.5. Does that matter?

The doses are set for base water at EC 0.5. Harder water already carries minerals, so expect your meter to read higher than a grower on softer water using the same doses.
