Plant Vitality Feed Chart – Coco, Hydro and Soil Doses
Plant Vitality's own published 12-week schedule. One chart for coco, hydro and soil, in millilitres per litre of water.

Every figure is millilitres per litre of water, except PK Boost 9/18+, which Plant Vitality give per 10 litres. Grow and Flower come in coco, hydro and soil versions at the same rates, so buy the pair for your medium.
Getting it right
- Same rates in every medium. Coco, Hydro and Soil Grow all run 2.5ml at Grow 1, then 5ml from Grow 2 to Grow 4. The Flower bottles share their rates too.
- Choose novice or expert for flower. Novice holds the Flower bottle at 5ml for all eight weeks. Expert climbs 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12ml, peaks at 15ml in Flower 6, then drops to 10ml and 8ml. Pick one row and stay on it.
- Root Zone Mass from the first week. 2ml every week from Grow 1 to Flower 7.
- Nano Silicilate+ has two rates. 0.5ml or 1ml from Grow 2 to Flower 7. 0.5ml is the normal rate. Use 1ml when you want to slow upward growth and keep the nodes closer.
- PK Boost runs through most of flower. 4ml in 10 litres at Flower 1, then 5, 6 and 7ml, holding at 7ml to Flower 6 and easing to 6ml at Flower 7.
- Atomic Yield closes it out. 2.5ml from Flower 5 to Flower 8.
- Anabolic Plant Roids and BPM are sprays. Anabolic Plant Roids RTU is sprayed from seed to Flower 8. BPM is sprayed from Flower 3 to Flower 7. Plant Vitality say to check the pH of your foliar sprays.
- Humic 101 and Cal Mag Nitrate build up early. Humic 101 runs 1, 1.2, 1.4 and 1.6ml through Grow, then 2ml to Flower 7. Cal Mag Nitrate is 1ml from Grow 2 to Flower 8.
- Water by weight, not by the clock. Plant Vitality say to lift the pot and judge how much water coco and soil need, rather than following the chart blindly.

Common questions
Is this per litre or per 10 litres?
Per litre for everything except PK Boost 9/18+, which Plant Vitality print per 10 litres. For a 10-litre tank, multiply the per-litre figures by ten: 5ml of Flower becomes 50ml.
Novice or expert: which should I follow?
Plant Vitality print both. Novice keeps the Flower bottle at 5ml all through flower and is the safer start. Expert pushes it up to 15ml at Flower 6. Everything else on the chart is the same for both.
I grow in soil. Is there a separate chart?
No. Plant Vitality use one chart for coco, hydro and soil. The rates are the same, but use the Soil Grow and Soil Flower bottles.
Do I need every additive?
No. Grow and Flower are the feed. The rest are optional, each with its own weeks, and we do not stock Seed Speed, Cal Mag Nitrate, Humic 101 or Pyth Control.
What does Spray mean on the chart?
A foliar spray on the leaves, not a dose in the tank. Anabolic Plant Roids RTU and BPM RTU are ready-to-use sprays. Our BPM is the concentrate, so dilute it as the label says first.
