Advanced Nutrients Jungle Juice feed chart – Grow, Micro and Bloom doses per litre, week by week
  • All dosesper 1 litre
  • pH5.6 hydro, 5.8–6.0 coco, 6.3 soil
  • Base feedthree parts, not equal

Every figure is millilitres per one litre of water. A 10-litre can takes ten times these numbers, so 2.64ml here is 26.4ml in a 10-litre can.

Getting it right

  • The three parts are not dosed equally. This is what makes Jungle Juice different from most three-part feeds. From Grow 3 onwards, Grow, Micro and Bloom each have their own number. Read across the row you are on and set every bottle separately.
  • Grow comes down as Bloom goes up. Grow peaks at 3.96ml at Grow 3 and Grow 4, drops to 2.64ml at Flower 1, then to 1.32ml from Flower 3 to Flower 7. Bloom does the reverse, ending at 3.96ml. Micro is the steady one — 2.64ml from Grow 3 all the way through.
  • Micro goes in first, then Grow, then Bloom. That is the order Advanced Nutrients give. Each bottle goes into the water on its own and is stirred in before the next one follows. Never mix the concentrates together in a jug.
  • This range does not hold its own pH. Jungle Juice has none of the pH Perfect buffering, so you check and correct the tank yourself every feed. Advanced Nutrients give 5.6 in hydroponics, 5.8 to 6.0 in coco and 6.3 in soil.
  • One schedule covers every medium. Advanced Nutrients publish a single Jungle Juice chart for hydroponics, coco and soil. Only the pH target changes between them, not the doses.
  • Grow 1 is deliberately light. A third of a millilitre per litre of each part is a very weak solution for a young plant. The step up to 1.32ml comes at Grow 2 and the full grow rate at Grow 3.
  • The last column is plain water. All three parts show a dash for that final week, so nothing goes in the tank at all.

Common questions

Is this the same chart as pH Perfect Grow, Micro and Bloom?

No. Jungle Juice has its own schedule and it is not the 1, 2, 3, 4 then flat 4ml build that the pH Perfect ranges use. For pH Perfect Grow Micro Bloom, Sensi and Connoisseur, see the Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect feed chart.

Why are the numbers 1.32 and 2.64 rather than round figures?

Those are the figures Advanced Nutrients print on their own chart. They are easier to work with in a bigger can — 1.32ml per litre is 13.2ml in a 10-litre can, and 2.64ml is 26.4ml.

Do I need a pH pen for Jungle Juice?

Yes. Unlike the pH Perfect ranges, Jungle Juice does not hold the reservoir in range on its own. Check after mixing and correct to 5.6 in hydroponics, 5.8 to 6.0 in coco, or 6.3 in soil.

Can I use the same doses in soil, coco and hydroponics?

Yes. Advanced Nutrients publish one Jungle Juice schedule for all three. The doses are identical; only the pH target changes.

Do all three bottles go in at the same rate?

Only for Grow 1 and Grow 2. From Grow 3 they separate: Grow steps down through flower while Bloom steps up, and Micro stays at 2.64ml.
