Hydrotops Solo Grow (Soil) is a single-part base nutrient formulated specifically for plants grown in potting soil and compost through the vegetative growth stage. Unlike many soil feeds it delivers a complete profile in one bottle, with balanced calcium, magnesium and potassium plus chelated trace elements, so there is no need to run a separate Cal-Mag supplement. Its bio-organic technology improves nutrient uptake and supports strong roots and vigorous top growth, and the formula is tuned for UK water conditions and suitable for bio-organic growing.

Slow growth or Cal-Mag deficiencies in soil?
Soil-grown plants often show slow growth, weak root systems and calcium and magnesium deficiencies when nutrient availability is poor. Solo Grow (Soil) provides a complete, balanced feed that lifts nutrient uptake and drives vegetative growth, while its built-in Cal-Mag prevents the most common soil deficiencies so plants build a strong frame before bloom.
How to Use
- Shake well before every use.
- Soil and compost, vegetative stage: 2-5ml per litre of water - start young plants at 2-3ml per litre and build to 5ml per litre as they mature.
- Feeding: apply with every watering or as required for your conditions.
- Into early bloom: for the first 1-2 weeks of flowering, run Solo Grow alongside Hydrotops Solo Bloom before switching fully to bloom.
- Monitor pH and EC where possible to keep nutrients available.
