A concentrated super phosphoric acid additive for the early growth stages, available in 100ml and 250ml bottles. Phosphorus underpins photosynthesis and energy transfer, and in this purified form it targets root development specifically - more root means more root hairs, and root hairs are where water and nutrients actually enter the plant. It also improves the uptake of iron, nitrogen and potassium, so the rest of your feed works harder. Cyco recommend introducing it from week 3 of the growth stage rather than earlier.

The Bottleneck Nobody Sees: Root Surface Area

Everything above the medium is limited by what happens below it. A plant with a modest root system cannot draw water and nutrients fast enough to support heavy top growth, no matter how strong the feed or how good the light. Growers respond by pushing EC, which stresses the roots further. Building root surface area early raises the ceiling on the whole grow instead of fighting it.

How to Use

• Introduce from week 3 of the growth stage, not before.
• Add to water and mix thoroughly before your base nutrients go in.
• Run alongside the rest of the Cyco programme rather than in place of it.
• Check and adjust pH after the full solution is mixed.
• Store sealed, out of direct sunlight and away from frost.
