This kit lets you add a clean, reinforced ducting port anywhere on a grow tent or O:Door installation instead of working around the sockets the manufacturer gave you. Each kit pairs a flange mounting bracket with the matching cutting tool, so the opening is cut to size in one pass and the surrounding fabric is supported rather than stressed. Sizes run 4", 5" and 6" for DF16 (16mm) poles and 6", 8" and 10" for DF25 (25mm) poles. Correctly fitted, the flange supports equipment weighing up to 5kg.

The Trouble with Cutting Holes in Tent Fabric
Slicing a hole straight into tent material is quick and regrettable. The edge frays, the cut concentrates load onto a single point, light leaks through the gap and any weight hanging off it drags the fabric out of shape within weeks. A flange turns the same opening into a structural fitting - the bracket ties into the frame, the cut is round and sized, and ducting attaches to something that can actually hold it.
How to Use
- Choose your duct size, then match the kit to your tent pole diameter - 16mm or 25mm.
- Fit the flange bracket to the tent frame before cutting anything.
- Use the supplied cutting tool to create the circular opening.
- Fit ducting, a spigot or a light baffle to the finished port.
- Fitting to an O:Door instead? Just pick the duct size - pole options are for tents only.
