Airfan Hybrid Fan Controllers – Fan Speed Control

Turn your Airfan Hybrid from flat out to fully controlled

These Cli-Mate controllers are made for the Airfan Hybrid Foam Box Fan. On its own, the Hybrid runs at full speed off the mains. Wire in one of these and its AC/EC motor becomes a speed-controlled fan you can set by hand or leave to hold your room temperature. Pick 3-Speed Remote for simple control, 3-Speed Temperature for automatic control, or Digital Frequency for the smoothest, most precise control of the range.

Key Benefits

• Made for the Airfan Hybrid Foam Box Fan and its AC/EC motor
• 3-Speed Remote: on/off switch, low, middle and high, with a wireless remote that reaches 25 metres
• 3-Speed Temperature: Manual mode for three set speeds, or Auto mode that changes speed to reach and hold your target room temperature
• Digital Frequency: a frequency converter adjusts the fan hertz by hertz and percent by percent, with Manual and Auto modes
• Up to 9-step hysteresis and a 5 metre temperature sensor on the Digital Frequency controller

Fan roaring flat out when the room is already cool?

A fan on full speed all day over-dries and over-cools the room in the cooler hours and wastes power. A controller lets the Hybrid ease off when conditions allow and push hard when the lights heat things up.

How to Use

• Choose the controller that suits how hands-on you want to be
• Wire it to the Hybrid fan following the supplied instructions; a qualified electrician is recommended
• Temperature and Digital Frequency models: place the sensor at canopy height, away from the lights
• Set your speeds or target temperature, then switch to Auto
