ALIEN® RDWC 32 Pot 20L PRO Silver Series

The ALIEN® RDWC 32 Pot 20L PRO Silver Series is a high-capacity recirculating deep water culture (RDWC) hydroponic system designed for growers running large indoor growing operations. By constantly circulating oxygen-rich nutrient solution between every plant site, the system maintains extremely stable root zone conditions that support rapid root development, strong vegetative growth and heavy flowering during the bloom stage.

With a system volume of 500L and a large 550L CAMO® reservoir, growers can maintain highly stable pH and nutrient levels across the entire hydroponic system, helping to prevent common grow room issues such as uneven plant growth, poor nutrient uptake and root stress. The system can be configured within a minimum footprint of 3.4m × 1.47m or extended to 4.7m × 2.15m depending on the pipe layout and spacing. Designed around 50–60cm plant centres, this RDWC system allows growers to develop uniform plant canopies while running short 7–10 day vegetative cycles, making it ideal for high-efficiency hydroponic grow rooms or large grow tents focused on maximising yield.

The system uses the JET-STREAM™ SILENT 2.5 water pump, delivering up to 2400 L/hr while using 40W, ensuring consistent nutrient circulation throughout the entire system. For optimal root oxygenation, the setup is designed to run with two JET-150 air pumps, each delivering 150 L/min of airflow at 125W, maintaining high dissolved oxygen levels essential for strong plant health, vigorous growth and improved bud density during flowering.

How to Use

1. Position the RDWC system in your grow room according to the recommended footprint and plant spacing.

2. Connect all pots using the supplied pipework and link them to the CAMO® reservoir.

3. Install the JET-STREAM™ SILENT 2.5 water pump in the reservoir to circulate nutrient solution throughout the hydroponic system.

4. Connect two high-output air pumps (such as the recommended JET-150 models) to provide strong aeration to each plant site.

5. Fill the reservoir with water and add hydroponic nutrients suitable for RDWC hydroponic systems.

6. Adjust and maintain pH and EC levels depending on plant stage, from vegetative growth to the bloom stage.

7. Maintain strong aeration and stable water temperatures, using a water chiller where necessary, to maximise nutrient uptake, root development and final yield.
