Description

Spread your canopy flat and get light into every bud site

The Elastic Crop Support Netting is a professional-grade SCROG (screen of green) net for growers who want to train an even, horizontal canopy instead of letting plants stretch skyward and shade themselves out. The elastic mesh gently guides branches sideways as they grow, spreading the canopy so light and airflow reach lower bud sites that would otherwise sit in the dark. Because plants naturally stretch upward and shade their own lower growth, leaving airy, underdeveloped buds down the plant, weaving that growth through the net turns a lumpy, uneven canopy into a flat, productive one.

Key Benefits

  • Elastic mesh construction stretches with the plant, guiding stems without pinching or snapping them
  • Even horizontal canopy from training growth sideways rather than up, so more bud sites sit in the light
  • Better light penetration to lower branches, evening out bud development top to bottom
  • Improved airflow through a spread canopy, reducing damp pockets and mould risk
  • Holds its shape through the full grow, supporting heavy colas as they fatten in flower

How to Use

  • Fit the net horizontally above the plants early in veg, roughly 20-30cm above the medium, secured to your tent poles or a frame
  • As branches extend, weave them through the squares and tuck them under, filling gaps evenly across the grid
  • Aim to fill the screen before flipping to flower, then stop tucking once stretch slows
  • For tall setups, run a second net higher up to support heavy colas later in bloom
