Description

The phosphorus and potassium side of the TriPart system

FloraBloom is the flowering component of the Terra Aquatica TriPart range, mixed with FloraMicro and FloraGro to make a base feed you control rather than one that controls you. It is heavier in phosphorus and potassium, the two macronutrients plants need in far larger amounts once flowering begins, and it supports flower set, density and the quality of the finished crop. You increase it as the grow component comes down. Like FloraGro it is universal across water types, with only FloraMicro splitting into soft and hard water versions. Sizes run from 500ml to 10 litres.

Key Benefits

  • Phosphorus and potassium led - matched to what a plant actually draws down during bloom.
  • Adjustable ratios - lift bloom and drop grow week by week instead of switching bottles overnight.
  • Chelated for uptake - nutrients are chelated wherever possible to improve absorption.
  • Complete when combined - with Micro and Gro you get macro, secondary, micro and sub-micronutrients.
  • Universal to water type - no soft or hard water decision to make on this part.
  • Four sizes - 500ml, 1, 5 and 10 litres to match the scale of your room.

Why Bloom Demands a Different Balance

Once flowering starts the plant stops investing in new leaf and starts building flowers, and its appetite changes with it. Nitrogen demand falls away while phosphorus and potassium requirements climb sharply. Keep feeding the vegetative ratio and you get soft, leafy growth and a disappointing finish. Raising the bloom component gives the plant the elements it is actually calling for at exactly the point it starts calling for them.

How to Use

  • Add FloraMicro to the water first, then FloraGro, then FloraBloom.
  • Stir thoroughly between each addition and never combine concentrates neat.
  • Increase the FloraBloom proportion as flowering gets under way.
  • Reduce FloraGro over the same period to shift the ratio smoothly.
  • Check EC, then adjust pH once the full solution is mixed.

Note — Terra Aquatica publish all of these as millilitres per litre of water. Add each part to the water separately and never premix the concentrates. Soil rates are lower than hydro and coco rates for the same product — do not use the hydro column on soil. Terra Aquatica’s own caveat: “Dosage and EC levels are for guidance only.” Check pH and EC after mixing.
