Growth Technology pH Probe Refill & Storage Solution is a KCl-based liquid for topping up and storing liquid-filled pH electrodes. Meters drift and eventually fail when the internal reference fluid runs low or the sensitive glass bulb is left to dry out between uses, so this solution keeps the probe hydrated, responsive and reading correctly for far longer, protecting the accuracy every hydroponic feed depends on.

Drifting readings and a probe that won't hold calibration?
A pH probe stored dry or in plain water loses its reference fluid and the glass bulb dries, so readings drift and slow until the electrode is effectively dead. Correct KCl storage solution keeps the junction saturated so the probe stays accurate and quick to settle.
How to Use
- Top up your meter's probe reservoir as directed in the meter's instructions, checking the level regularly
- Between readings, stand the probe tip in the storage solution rather than leaving it dry or in plain/RO water
- Not suitable for gel-filled or solid-state electrodes
