The MT Gentle 75 sits in Master Trimmer's Professional range but handles plants with soft food-grade silicone fingers rather than mechanical agitation. A variable speed controller drives those fingers, so you set how quickly material rotates through the cut - the same control the Professional 75 gives, applied to plant handling rather than raw speed.

Output is up to 25 kg of trimmings per hour from a 250W motor and four blades, replacing the work of 14 to 15 people over the same period. The machine stands 75 x 75 x 140 cm and weighs 70 kg, built entirely from unpainted stainless steel so there is no coating to flake into the product path.

Swap the upper container for the supplied safety grid and it becomes an MT Standard 75, exposing a 70 cm work surface that one or two people can trim across manually. A durable collection bag catches offcuts for extraction into oils, butters or lotions, and the whole machine is cGMP approved and carries a 5-year warranty.

Fast machine trimming and careful trimming have historically been a trade-off: the machines that clear a room in a shift are the ones that beat the flower up on the way through, stripping trichomes and flattening bud structure. Handling material with food-grade silicone at a speed you control, over a constant-speed gearhead, keeps the throughput while leaving the surface of the flower intact - and the interlock and enclosed design mean nobody is putting hands anywhere near a live blade to get it.

How to Use

• Lift the top lid and spread material evenly in the loading container - no overlapping and no overcrowding
• Expect around 45 seconds per trim cycle, then open the door to release the finished material
• Adjust blade height for precision and safety before running, and set the speed controller to suit the strain
• Always wear metallic protective gloves and safety goggles (not included) while operating
• Clean blades frequently to prevent residue build-up: switch off, remove the blades, wipe with cleaning alcohol, then refit the blades and grid before restarting
• To run manually, replace the upper container with the safety grid for a 70 cm work surface - blades will not spin while the grid is removed
