The Maxibright DigiLight is silent running, with no magnetic hum behind your extraction noise, and it is RF shielded to keep interference off nearby electronics. Soft start technology brings lamps up gently and increases lamp life. A flying lead with IEC connection and rubber mounting feet make installation straightforward, and it runs high pressure sodium or metal halide lamps. The range spans 150W, 250W, 400W and 600W.

Excessive Stretch Under a Lamp That Is Not Delivering

A tired or badly driven lamp loses output long before it fails, and the crop shows it first: excessive stretch as plants reach for light, then airy, underweight tops at harvest. A digital ballast holds output properly and its soft start keeps the lamp closer to spec for longer.

How to Use

• Match the wattage to your lamp, choosing 150W, 250W, 400W or 600W
• Mount outside the tent where possible, on its rubber feet, clear of water and away from heat
• Connect the reflector using the flying lead and IEC connection
• Fit the lamp before powering up, and never strike the ballast with no lamp connected
• Switch through a contactor rather than a domestic plug timer, and keep the ballast ventilated and dust-free
