The Maxibright 315W Focus Daylight Remote Reflector is a closed-end reflector that concentrates the output of a 315W CMH/CDM lamp directly onto the canopy, producing strong, uniform illumination across a 0.8m x 0.8m to 1m x 1m grow area. As a remote reflector, the ballast operates separately from the reflector, so it can be positioned away from the plants to reduce heat inside the tent or room. Paired with a 315W CMH lamp it delivers a broad, sun-like spectrum including UVA and UVB, supporting vigorous veg, better nutrient uptake and healthier flowering.

Wasted light and uneven growth in a small tent?

In compact spaces, poorly focused lighting wastes energy and leaves parts of the canopy underlit, causing uneven plant development. The Focus reflector directs more usable light straight down onto the canopy for stronger, more consistent illumination, improving plant structure and encouraging stronger flowering sites. Running the ballast remotely also reduces heat around the plants, helping hold stable temperatures through veg and bloom.

How to Use

1. Install a compatible 315W CMH lamp securely into the reflector socket.
2. Hang the reflector above the canopy using adjustable hangers.
3. Connect it to a separate 315W CMH ballast using the appropriate cable.
4. Position the ballast away from the reflector to minimise heat near the canopy.
5. Connect the ballast to a suitable power supply.
6. On first use, run the lamp continuously for at least 15 minutes to stabilise it.
7. Adjust reflector height as plants grow to keep coverage even.
