Description
Hand crank, so you set the pace
The AC Infinity Bowl Leaf Trimmer is manually cranked rather than motorised, which sounds like a limitation and is the point — you feel the resistance and stop before anything gets over-worked. A stainless steel bowl and blade turn under a clear dome so you can watch what is happening.
Two blades are supplied: a straight quadruple-edged blade for wet trimming and a serrated blade for dry. Food-grade silicone sweeper curtains move material across the blade without bruising it.
Key Benefits
- Two blades in the box — straight for wet, serrated for dry
- 360° hand crank, so the speed is yours to control
- Food-grade silicone curtains that sweep rather than drag
- Clear dome for watching the cut instead of guessing
- Stainless bowl and blades, with rubber anti-slip padding underneath
Which size do I need?
The 16 inch is 42.8 × 42.5cm and weighs 5.8kg — easier to lift and store. The 19 inch is 49.0 × 46.7cm at 7.2kg, with a 40cm blade rather than 34cm, so it clears a larger batch in the same number of turns.
