The AC Infinity Large Trim Tray System stacks three SUS 304 stainless trays with two interchangeable screens, so trimming, sifting and sorting happen in one place instead of across a worktop.
The 150 micron sifting screen separates fine material through to the tray below. Swap it for the sorting screen and the same stack becomes a way of separating trimmed leaf from what you are keeping. Stainless rather than plastic means it goes in the sink at the end of the day.
