The Air AC, formerly sold as the RadAir, is G.A.S's mixed-flow AC duct fan for growers who want reliable extraction without paying for EC electronics. Its angled impeller and guide vanes are shaped to hold pressure through carbon filters and long duct runs, so it keeps pulling air where a cheap axial fan would stall. Six sizes span 100mm to 315mm and 200 to 2,300 m³/h.

Need real airflow through a carbon filter without EC electronics?

A weak fan fighting filter resistance shows up as high humidity, poor odour control and stagnant air around lower foliage. The mixed-flow design holds airflow up under load, so the fan still shifts air after a filter and a long run rather than losing most of its output to static pressure.

How to Use

• Pick a size that comfortably exceeds your room volume once filter and ducting resistance are allowed for
• Mount in-line on the extraction side, pulling air through the carbon filter before venting outside
• Clip ducting to both flanges and connect power via the IEC lead
• Add a separate speed controller or thermostat to run below full speed
