The Alien RDWC 21 Pot 36L Black Series is a high-capacity recirculating deep water culture (RDWC) hydroponic system designed for growers running larger indoor growing setups who want fast plant growth and reliable yields. By constantly circulating oxygen-rich nutrient solution between each plant site, the system maintains a stable root zone that supports rapid root development, vigorous vegetative growth and heavy flowering during the bloom stage.

With a system volume of 550L and a 280L CAMO® reservoir, growers can maintain balanced pH and nutrient levels across the entire hydroponic system, improving nutrient uptake and overall plant health. This stability helps prevent common grow room problems such as uneven growth, weak root systems and nutrient fluctuations. The system can be arranged within a minimum footprint of 3.4m × 1.35m or expanded to 5.25m × 1.9m depending on the pipe layout and spacing. Designed around 60–75cm plant centres, the layout is well suited to large grow tents or dedicated hydroponic grow rooms where growers want a uniform canopy and strong yield potential. The highly oxygenated RDWC environment also allows growers to run 10–14 day vegetative periods, helping plants establish quickly before entering the flowering phase.

The system is powered by the JET-STREAM™ SILENT 2.0 circulation pump, delivering up to 2150 L/hr while using 32W, ensuring steady nutrient movement throughout the hydroponic system. For proper root oxygenation, the recommended JET-80 air pump provides 80 L/min of airflow at 55W, helping maintain dissolved oxygen levels required for strong root systems and improved bud density.

How to Use

1. Position the RDWC system in your grow tent or grow room according to the recommended footprint and plant spacing.

2. Connect all pots using the supplied pipework and link them to the CAMO® reservoir.

3. Install the JET-STREAM™ SILENT 2.0 water pump in the reservoir to circulate nutrient solution throughout the system.

4. Connect a suitable air pump (such as the recommended JET-80) to supply constant aeration to the root zones.

5. Fill the reservoir with water and add hydroponic nutrients suitable for RDWC hydroponic systems.

6. Adjust and maintain pH and EC levels according to plant stage, from vegetative growth through to the bloom stage.

7. Maintain strong aeration and stable water temperatures, using a water chiller where necessary, to maximise nutrient uptake, root development and final yield.
