Alien RDWC 48 Pot 36L PRO Silver Series

The Alien RDWC 48 Pot 36L PRO Silver Series is a commercial-scale recirculating deep water culture (RDWC) hydroponic system designed for very large indoor growing operations where maximum yield and uniform plant development are essential. By continuously circulating highly oxygenated nutrient solution between every plant site, the system maintains extremely stable root zone conditions that drive explosive root development, rapid vegetative growth and heavy flowering during the bloom stage.

With a massive system volume of 1225L and a 550L CAMO® reservoir, growers can maintain highly stable pH and nutrient levels across the entire hydroponic system. This stability improves nutrient uptake and plant health while helping eliminate common grow room issues such as uneven plant growth, weak root systems and nutrient fluctuations. The system can be configured within a minimum footprint of 5.6m × 1.8m or expanded up to 9m × 2.7m depending on pipe layout and spacing. Designed around 60–75cm plant centres, the layout allows growers to build large, uniform canopies in commercial grow rooms or very large grow tents. The highly oxygenated RDWC environment also supports 10–14 day vegetative periods, allowing plants to establish quickly before transitioning into heavy flowering.

The system is powered by the JET-STREAM™ SILENT 3.0 circulation pump, delivering up to 2700 L/hr while using 45W, ensuring powerful nutrient movement throughout the hydroponic system. For optimal root oxygenation, the system is designed to run with two JET-200 air pumps, each delivering 200 L/min of airflow at 210W, maintaining extremely high dissolved oxygen levels essential for vigorous plant health and improved bud density.

How to Use

1. Position the RDWC system within your grow room according to the recommended footprint and plant spacing.

2. Connect all pots using the supplied pipework and link them to the CAMO® reservoir.

3. Install the JET-STREAM™ SILENT 3.0 water pump in the reservoir to circulate nutrient solution throughout the hydroponic system.

4. Connect two high-output air pumps (such as the recommended JET-200 models) to supply strong aeration to all plant sites.

5. Fill the reservoir with water and add hydroponic nutrients suitable for RDWC hydroponic systems.

6. Adjust and maintain pH and EC levels according to plant stage, from vegetative growth through to the bloom stage.

7. Maintain strong aeration and stable water temperatures, using a water chiller where necessary, to maximise nutrient uptake, root development and final yield.
