The Alien RDWC 6 Pot 36L Black Series is a compact recirculating deep water culture (RDWC) hydroponic system designed for growers who want fast, efficient plant growth in smaller indoor growing environments. By constantly circulating oxygen-rich nutrient solution between each plant site, the system creates stable root zone conditions that promote rapid root development, vigorous vegetative growth and dense flowering during the bloom stage.

With a system volume of 175L and a 120L CAMO® reservoir, growers can maintain consistent pH and nutrient levels across the entire hydroponic system, improving nutrient uptake and overall plant health. This stability helps prevent common grow room issues such as uneven plant growth, weak root systems and nutrient fluctuations. The system can be arranged within a minimum footprint of 1.65m × 0.9m or expanded to 2.3m × 1.17m depending on pipe layout and spacing. Designed around 60–75cm plant centres, it fits well in medium grow tents or compact hydroponic grow rooms while still allowing growers to achieve strong yields. The highly oxygenated RDWC environment also supports 10–14 day vegetative periods, helping plants establish quickly before entering the flowering stage.

The system uses the JET-STREAM™ SILENT 1.0 circulation pump, delivering up to 950 L/hr while using 16W, ensuring steady nutrient movement throughout the hydroponic system. For effective root oxygenation, the recommended JET-35 air pump provides 35 L/min of airflow at 20W, helping maintain dissolved oxygen levels required for healthy root systems and improved bud density during flowering.

How to Use

1. Position the RDWC system in your grow tent or grow room according to the recommended footprint and plant spacing.

2. Connect all pots using the supplied pipework and link them to the CAMO® reservoir.

3. Install the JET-STREAM™ SILENT 1.0 water pump in the reservoir to circulate nutrient solution throughout the hydroponic system.

4. Connect a suitable air pump (such as the recommended JET-35) to provide constant aeration to the root zones.

5. Fill the reservoir with water and add hydroponic nutrients suitable for RDWC hydroponic systems.

6. Adjust and maintain pH and EC levels depending on the plant stage, from vegetative growth through to the bloom stage.

7. Maintain strong aeration and stable water temperatures, using a water chiller where necessary, to maximise nutrient uptake, root development and final yield.
