Alien V-System 4 Pot

The ALIEN® V-System 4 Pot is a compact yet powerful RDWC-style hydroponic system designed for growers who want exceptional root oxygenation, strong plant health and high yields in smaller indoor growing setups. Unlike traditional hydroponic systems, the V-System uses a JET-STREAM® Vortex™ pump positioned outside the header pot, helping reduce heat transfer into the nutrient solution. Cooler water temperatures help protect the root zone by lowering the risk of root rot and other harmful pathogens in the grow room.

Instead of using air stones or an external air pump, the system creates vortex fluid motion that oxygenates the nutrient solution throughout the entire pot. As water circulates, it forms a whirlpool effect that naturally draws air into the system through a venturi principle. This ensures roots receive high oxygen levels wherever they develop in the pot, improving nutrient uptake, accelerating vegetative growth and supporting dense flowering during the bloom stage.

Large 58L V-POT containers provide extensive root space, allowing plants to develop large root systems that support bigger plants and heavier yields. The wide 5” pipework and powerful Vortex pump create a free-flowing hydroponic system that distributes nutrients evenly across every plant site for consistent growth.

How to Use

1. Assemble the system using the supplied 5” spiral tubing and Dual-Flow™ fittings according to the layout instructions.

2. Install the JET-STREAM® Vortex™ pump externally and connect it to the push-fit feed connections.

3. Fill the system with water up to the indicated fill line and mix hydroponic nutrients suitable for hydroponic systems.

4. Place plants into net pots with an inert growing medium such as clay pebbles and position them inside the V-POT containers.

5. Turn on the system so the vortex water flow circulates nutrient solution and draws air through the venturi injectors to oxygenate the root zone.

6. Maintain stable EC and pH levels to optimise nutrient uptake during vegetative growth and the flowering stage.

7. Regularly inspect the system using the inspection covers and drain periodically to refresh the nutrient solution.
