AlorAir Sentinel dehumidifiers pull a serious volume of water out of the air and hold relative humidity in the range your plants actually want, even in demanding rooms. All three share an R410A circuit, auto defrost, a 1 to 40°C operating range and a 36% to 90% RH working range, and every unit carries 1 year parts and 5 year compressor warranty. These units drain rather than collect: the HD55 gravity drains and the HDi90 uses a condensate pump, so a separate tank or drain point is required.

Persistently high humidity slows transpiration, which slows growth and blunts nutrient uptake, and it creates exactly the conditions mould and mildew need in dense flowers. A full canopy pushing moisture into a sealed room can hold RH high overnight, and by the time you can smell a problem the damage is in the buds. A Sentinel takes that load off continuously, so humidity stays where you set it.

How to Use

• Size by daily water removal or floor area using the figures below
• Site it with clear intake and discharge, away from the canopy
• Run the HD55 to a gravity drain, or the HDi90 through its condensate pump, into a tank or drain point
• Drop target RH through flower to protect bud quality
• Clean the filter regularly, or fit the HD55 HEPA filter
