The E300 Pro2 is a direct-insertion meter that growers use to check EC straight in the growing medium — pushed into coco, rockwool or soil to get an instant reading without pulling a runoff sample first. Like every probe in the Aqua Master Tools range, the electrode is designed to be replaced separately from the meter body, so when a probe eventually wears out from repeated insertion into substrate (the most physically demanding way to use an EC probe) growers do not need to replace the whole unit.
This is the exact factory-spec replacement electrode for the E300 Pro2, built to the same IP67 waterproof standard as the original and fitted with the same connector, so it is a straight swap with no recalibration workaround needed beyond the meter's normal calibration routine. Keeping a spare on hand is worthwhile for any grower running regular substrate EC checks through coco or rockwool systems, since a damaged or worn probe otherwise takes the whole meter out of action mid-grow.
