Atami ATA Rootfast is a phosphorus-led root stimulator formulated specifically for the earliest stage of a plant's life, from germination or a fresh transplant through to around the third or fourth week of growth. Its NPK 0-5-0 profile is deliberately narrow, delivering phosphorus directly to the root zone at a stage when a plant is putting most of its energy into establishing roots rather than leaf or stem growth, without the nitrogen load that could push top growth too early.

It sits at the propagation and early-veg end of the grow cycle, used every time a plant is transplanted as well as through the opening weeks after germination, and it is compatible across soil, coco and hydroponic systems. Encouraging a stronger, more resilient root mass early on pays off later - plants with better-established roots tend to show improved resistance to stress and root issues as they move into heavier feeding through veg and flower, since the root system underpins everything the plant does with the nutrients you give it later.
