Black Pallet Wrap – Heavy Duty Stretch Film Roll

Black Stretch Wrap That Secures, Protects and Hides the Load

Black Pallet Wrap is a heavy-duty roll of 25 micron black stretch film, 500mm wide with 200m of film on a flush core. The high-tack film clings to itself as it stretches, pulling boxes, sacks and equipment into one tight, stable bundle without tape or strapping, while the opaque black finish keeps whatever is underneath out of sight. Use it to palletise deliveries, bundle cartons together, wrap kit for storage or transport, and keep dust and damp off stock in a shed, garage, warehouse or grow room.

Key Benefits

• 25 micron heavy-duty film – a thicker gauge for heavier loads and corners that would split a light wrap.
• High-tack cling – the film grips itself, so no tape or adhesive is needed to hold it.
• Black and opaque – hides contents from view and keeps light off what is wrapped.
• 500mm width – covers more of the load with every pass round.
• 200m on a flush core – sits in a standard hand dispenser or can be worked straight off the roll.

How to Use

• Tuck the loose end under the first box, or twist it round a corner of the pallet, to anchor it.
• Walk round the load keeping steady tension, so the film stretches tight as it goes on.
• Overlap each pass by roughly half the film width, and add extra wraps at the base and top corners.
• Tear or cut the film and press the tail flat onto the wrapped load – it clings in place.
