The Bluelab Nutrient Truncheon gives a fast, accurate read on the strength of your nutrient solution with no calibration steps to remember - it's factory calibrated and never needs recalibrating. The long, wand-like body lets you stir the reservoir and measure in the same dip, and automatic liquid detection fires bright LEDs the instant the probe hits solution. It reads EC, CF and PPM, so it fits whatever scale you already work in.

Not sure if your feed is too strong or too weak?

Mixing by eye, or trusting the label alone, is a common route to a feed that's too concentrated - driving nutrient burn and root stress - or too dilute, leaving plants short and slowing growth. A quick dip with the Truncheon before you feed confirms exactly where your solution sits so you can correct it before it reaches the roots.

How to Use

• Dip the probe fully into your mixed nutrient solution - no calibration first
• Read the EC, CF or PPM value from the LED display once it settles
• Stir the reservoir with the probe to even out the solution as you measure
• Rinse the probe after each use and store it dry
• Replace the 3x AA batteries when the LEDs start to dim
