A Two-Part Base Built Specifically for Coco

British Minerals Pure Coco A & B is a two-part base nutrient formulated around the way coco coir actually behaves - fast-draining, low in natural nutrient, and needing calcium topped up more than most media. Between them, Part A and Part B supply nitrogen, potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron, plus humic and fulvic acids to improve nutrient uptake, giving coco growers a complete, coco-tuned feed from the first watering through to the final flowering weeks.

Coco's Calcium Shortfall

Coco coir naturally binds calcium and magnesium in exchange for potassium, which is why a base feed built for soil or hydro so often leaves coco-grown plants short of both - showing up as interveinal yellowing and weak new growth even when the feed strength looks correct on paper. A base designed around that exchange from the outset, rather than a generic feed with calcium added as an afterthought, is what keeps coco crops even through to harvest.

How to Use

• Pure Coco A: 0.5ml per litre of water
• Pure Coco B: 0.5ml per litre of water, added after Part A and mixed thoroughly
• Never pre-mix Parts A and B before adding them to water - add and mix each in turn
• Target pH 5.8-6.2 once both parts are mixed in
• Let the mixed solution stand for around 6 hours before feeding, to reach room temperature and let chlorine disperse
• Shake both parts well before use
