A Two-Part Coco Base Built for Balanced Feeding
Buddhas Tree Coco A+B is a two-part liquid base nutrient formulated for growing in coco coir, and it also suits recirculating and run-to-waste hydroponic systems. Splitting the formula across two bottles keeps the mineral chemistry stable at full strength, delivering the complete range of macro and micronutrients — including chelated iron, manganese and zinc — that plants need from early vegetative growth through to the end of flowering.

Guarding Against Nutrient Lockout in Coco
Coco coir buffers cations differently to soil, and a base nutrient that isn't built for it can leave calcium and magnesium locked out of reach of the roots — showing up as pale new growth and weak, slow-developing plants. Coco A+B is formulated around coco's naturally high cation exchange capacity, so calcium and magnesium stay plant-available rather than binding to the growing medium, supporting stronger root development and steadier nutrient uptake right through to harvest.
How to Use
- Without additives: 2ml A + 2ml B per litre for young plants, rising to 4ml A + 4ml B per litre for established plants
- With additives, vegetative growth: 2-3ml/L of each part
- Flowering weeks 1-6: 3ml/L of each part
- Flowering week 7: reduce to 2ml/L of each part
- Mixing order: always dilute part A into the reservoir first and mix thoroughly before adding part B — never combine the two parts undiluted
- pH: maintain 5.6-6.2 for coco and hydroponic systems, letting pH drift upward naturally rather than forcing it low
- Not for use alongside Organicus — both are base nutrients and are not designed to be combined
