Description
Replacement fleece inserts for the Can FV Filterbox intake filter, five to a pack
The Can LVF21G3 Fleece Filter is the replacement MERV-5 fleece insert for Can-Filters' larger FV Filterbox intake filters (315mm-400mm), sold as a 5-pack so you always have a spare ready to swap in. The fleece has very low air resistance and changes in seconds via the toggle-type fasteners on top of the Filterbox housing — no tools needed.
Key Benefits
- MERV-5 mesh fleece blocks pollen, dust and other airborne particulate from entering the filter.
- Very low air resistance, so intake airflow stays close to your fan's rated output.
- 5-pack keeps you stocked with replacements rather than running the filterbox on a dirty fleece.
- Tool-free fit via the same toggle fasteners used on the Filterbox housing.
- Sized for 315mm-400mm Filterboxes — check your Filterbox size before ordering.
A clean intake fleece is one of the simplest ways to extend the working life of the carbon filter further down the ducting run, keeping dust and pollen from reaching it in the first place. Running the fleece past the point where it's visibly grey lets that debris straight through.
How to Use
Release the toggle fasteners on top of the Filterbox, lift out the old fleece and drop in a fresh one from the pack. Check the fleece every 2-4 weeks depending on how dusty the environment is, and replace it as soon as it looks visibly grey or airflow starts to drop.
