The Can RK Fan is a backward-curved centrifugal extractor housed in a resistant, maintenance-free plastic body. It's fully voltage controllable, so it pairs with a standard fan speed controller for stepless speed adjustment, and carries a built-in thermal switch that shuts the motor down if it starts to overheat, protecting the fan through long grow room duty cycles.

An extractor with no speed control either runs flat-out around the clock or not at all, making it hard to hold steady temperature and humidity as conditions change through the day. The RK Fan's voltage-controllable motor lets it be dialled back at night or in cooler weather and turned up when the room needs it, without switching fans.

How to Use

Wire through a compatible voltage-based speed controller and set the starting speed to clear the room's air volume several times an hour, adjusting up or down as temperature and humidity dictate. Mount with the airflow arrow pointing away from the room and keep the intake grille clear of dust to avoid tripping the thermal cut-out.
