Canna COGr Vega & Flores is a two-part A+B mineral feed developed specifically for Canna COGr slabs, a coco-rockwool hybrid substrate that behaves differently to straight coco or straight rockwool. Vega supports the vegetative stage and Flores carries plants through flowering, each supplied as separate A and B parts combined at the point of feeding.

Substrate Behaviour That Trips Up a Generic Feed

A coco-rockwool hybrid drains and buffers differently to either material on its own, and a nutrient designed around one or the other can leave the root zone too wet, too dry, or short of calcium and magnesium as the slab structure changes through the cycle. Feeding COGr with a matched Vega & Flores formula keeps EC and pH more predictable across the run.

How to Use

• Vegetative stage: mix equal parts Vega A and Vega B, building EC gradually as roots establish in the slab.
• Flowering stage: switch to equal parts Flores A and Flores B once flowering starts, raising strength through the main part of the cycle.
• Add A first, allow it to disperse, then add B, and check pH after mixing — COGr slabs generally run best in the 5.5–6.2 range.
• Feed to a light run-off to flush excess salts from the slab and stop minerals building up over successive feeds.
