The DLM 4 Zone Controller is the heart of a Daily Lighting Management system built around Dutch Lighting Innovations fixtures. It connects up to four separate zones and manages 1020 lights and 4 sensors in total, each zone independently handling up to 255 lights and 1 sensor. A digital time clock handles precise scheduling, while temperature measurement in up to four zones lets the controller dim intelligently rather than leaving you to react. Communication cables come in various lengths so the layout follows the room.

Running at full output in a room already at the top of its temperature range is how you end up with excessive stretch, poor nutrient uptake and a canopy that stalls in the afternoon. Dimming against a measured set point keeps the room inside its window automatically, protecting the crop on hot days without cutting the photoperiod short or losing a run to slow growth.

How to Use

• Mount the unit on a wall or surface using the DIN-type bracket
• Split the room into zones and wire each group of fixtures to its own zone with the right length cable
• Fit a sensor per zone so each area dims against its own temperature reading
• Set your schedule on the digital time clock, then define the temperature set points and the dimming action each should trigger
• Check the error log periodically to catch failing fixtures early
