Chitinase-Powered Foliar Defence Against Pests and Fungal Attack
Chitinase Magic is an organic foliar formula built around chitinase, a naturally occurring enzyme found in everyday foods such as bananas, avocados and tomatoes. The insect exoskeletons of common invertebrate pests, and the cell walls of many fungal pathogens, are built from chitin - chitinase works by breaking that chitin down, giving the plant a natural line of defence rather than relying on synthetic pesticide chemistry.
Because the formula contains no added chemicals or oils, it can be sprayed under grow lights without the scorch risk that oil-based foliar treatments carry, making it usable through more of the growth cycle without having to time applications around the light schedule. Regular use is also reported to build the plant's resilience to environmental stress, particularly high temperature and humidity, both common triggers for fungal pressure in enclosed grow spaces.
As a foliar product it's applied as a fine mist rather than drenched on, so full coverage of both the top and underside of the leaf, plus stems, matters more than volume applied. Mixed solution should be used promptly rather than left to stand.

Technical Specifications

Application: 10-15ml per litre of dechlorinated water, applied as a fine foliar mist covering the top and underside of leaves and stems.
Use mixed solution within 4 hours of preparation.
Reapply every 2-3 days.
