The Ecotechnics Evolution PPM Controller is an all-in-one CO2 ppm controller with a built-in solid-state CO2 sensor. Connect a CO2 regulator with a solenoid valve or a propane burner and it switches the supply on and off to hold the level you set, showing the live reading on its display. A self-learning auto-tune adjusts dosing to the way your room behaves, and its intelligent dose function slows the supply as the level climbs so it does not overshoot – a simple, lower-cost route to accurate CO2 control in a grow tent or grow room.

Wasting CO2, or not adding enough?
Dosing CO2 on a simple timer either runs the bottle down while the extractor pulls the gas out, or leaves the plants short once they have used up what is in the air – fast-growing plants can strip a closed space of its CO2 in under an hour. Reading the room and dosing only when the level falls keeps photosynthesis supplied through the light period, saves gas, and stops CO2 building up past the point where it helps.
How to Use
- Mount the controller in the growing area where the sensor reads the air around the plants, away from the CO2 outlet
- Connect your solenoid CO2 regulator or propane burner to the controller's output
- Set your target – many growers run around 1,000–1,200 ppm in a sealed space during the light period
- Plug it into the lighting timer so it only doses when the lights are on – settings are kept in memory
- Give it a few days to learn the room before fine-tuning
