Add UV to Your LED Without Changing the Fixture
The Elite Pro LED UV Add-Ons are a pair of 18W UV LED bars that fit alongside an LED fixture to put back the ultraviolet that white-diode lights leave out. Each 960mm bar carries 385nm SMD3535 diodes, and the pack comes with a power cable and four fixing brackets, so they mount straight onto the frame of an existing light in a grow tent or grow room.

Why Indoor Plants Miss Out on UV
Most LED grow lights concentrate on the photosynthetic range, so plants grown indoors never see the UV that triggers their protective and aromatic compounds outdoors. A small dose of UV brings back that response. Too much can scorch leaves or slow growth, so treat it as a supplement: build exposure up gradually and watch the top of the canopy.
How to Use
- Fix the bars to your LED frame with the supplied brackets and connect the power cable.
- Start with short daily periods of UV and increase gradually, watching the top leaves for bleaching or curling.
- Run the bars from a timer so exposure stays consistent.
- Wear UV-blocking eye protection and avoid looking at the bars or exposing skin while they are on.
