Keep drippers and filters clear before they clog
StopBloc is Flairform's irrigation system additive, designed to resist the formation of nutrient deposits in feed-lines, sprayers, drippers, pumps and filters. It also helps prevent the build-up of nutrient deposits at the root zone itself, addressing blockages at both ends of the irrigation system rather than just the hardware.
Restrictive feed outlets like drippers are especially prone to blocking with salt build-up, dirt, algae, root growth and growing medium debris, and once a blockage starts it tends to compound — a partially blocked dripper feeds unevenly, which stresses the plant and encourages roots to grow toward the outlet, making the blockage worse. StopBloc is compatible with any type of nutrient, fertiliser, system or substrate, and is used through both vegetative and flowering stages as ongoing protection rather than a one-off fix, alongside good practice such as maintaining pH below 6.5 and routine reservoir flushing.
